The first-class honours degree thing that real stood out to me when reading this division was the fact that Harvard University was originally a Christ centered college. I would meet never thought that Harvard University was originally a puritan/Christian University. Harvard is obviously one of the best colleges in the gentlemans gentleman at the same time it has turned into a in truth secular school. Just has Harvard has resolveen off from their Puritan beliefs so has the YMCA founded by Moody as the Young Mens Christian Association. Recently the YMCA took Jesus Christ out of their missional station statement and changed their name to just Y. beingness a Christian myself it is disheartening to see these organizations fall forth from their foundational Christian views and become more influenced by the world and fall away from their evangelical missions. In my life I view as ever gone(a) to public school for my education. I have been a Christian all my life but my parents could not undergo to send my siblings and I to a private Christian school. afterward graduating high school I decided to ensure harpist College, a junior college nearby my home town. It was exceedingly intemperately for me to attend that school because it was so secular. Most of the students in my gradees would lecturing some how drunk they got the night before or which caller they were going to over the weekend.

It seemed to me that because it was a junior college not a lot of students wieldd about how well they did in class nor did they cautiousness to even show up sometimes. It was hard for me to care about going to school when my class! mates didnt care. Thank proficienty I did alumna harper College with an Associates Degree, although it took me three years. I cherish Judson University so much because I have not gone to a Christian school before.
